Enable Auto-login guests

Enable the "Auto-login guests" feature if your Moodle site is accessible to visitors without requiring them to log in. If your Moodle site is restricted to logged-in users, you can skip this setting.

The "Auto-login guests" feature allows visitors to access custom course pages without having to click the "Log in as a guest" button. It is also required to use certain theme features, such as the All Courses page with filters and the course enrolment page.

To enable it:

1. Go to: Site administration > Users > Permissions > User policies.
2. CHECK the "Auto-login guests" option and save settings.
3. Then go to: Site administration > Plugins > Authentication > Manage authentication.
4. Set the "Guest login button" option to SHOW and save settings.
